Royal engagement: von Einseidel - France

It is official:  Theresa von Einseidel is to marry HRH Prince Francois d' Orleans.  The engagement was made public in the latest issue of Point de Vue.

Theresa, who will celebrate her 30th birthday on January 17, is the 5th of eight children of Curt-Hildebrand von Einseidel and Princess Amelie von Urach.

She studied at the Universities of Regensburg and Wien, where she received a master's in Philosophy.  Theresa is employed by the Schoeller & von Rehlingen PR firm in their Munich office, working as the events manager.

Princess Amelie is the eldest of five children of the late Prince Eberhard of Urach and Princess Iniga of Thurn und Taxis, who was the younger child of Prince Ludwig Philipp of Thurn und Taxis and Princess Elisabeth of Luxembourg, 5th daughter of Wilhelm IV, Grand Duke of Luxembourg and Infanta Maria Ana of Portugal.

Prince  François Charles Frédéric Bruno Marie d'Orléans is the fourth and youngest child of Prince Michel of Orleans, Count of Evreux and his wife, Beatrice.   Francois was born February 10, 1982.  He has two older sisters, Clotilde and Adelaide, and an older brother, Charles Philippe, Duke of Anjou.

I am rather excited about this because I am now at work (finally) on my book on the descendants of Grand Duke Adolphe of Luxembourg.

The article appears in January 8, 2014 issue of Point de Vue with Pippa Middleton on the cover ....  I need to get this magazine ...
